Quality is the production of Longguang, is the eternal theme. Longguang has always put product quality in the first place and is committed to providing customers with quality products. At the meeting, Chao Ruigang, Director of Longguang Division 1, Wei Zhihong, Director of Longguang Division 2, and Xiang Lishu, Director of Longguang Division 3 shared quality cases of each business unit, analyzed the causes of recent quality incidents, analyzed improvement measures and improved the early warning mechanism. Huawei SQE Manager Chen Hailiang shared his experience of quality work in Longguang, expressed his gratitude for the efforts and contributions of Longguang quality team, and recognized Longguang's efforts in recent years in terms of strict import and export, four-layer audit, OQC+ and other aspects.
At the same time, Manager Chen Hailiang put forward important requirements for Long Guang in quality management:
1. I hope the Longguang management team can improve the ability of proactive thinking and prevention of problems in advance, and strive to promote refined and failure analysis management;
2, three inspection must be 100% execution;
3. Preprocessing pressing riveting process should take the initiative to take preventive measures to avoid similar problems again;
4. Conducting quality risk investigation on the assembly interface at the market side;
5. Systematic improvement of engineering changes and repairs to avoid EC leakage events;
6. Further improve the quality management of secondary materials and secondary suppliers.
Then, Huawei SQE Guo Haihui also briefed on the problems existing in the quality management of Longguang.
Chairman Li Leili summed up the meeting. "2020 has been an extraordinary year," said Mr. Li. "The company has overcome various adverse factors and delivered a good performance in the past three quarters. However, we still have many problems, including lack of self-improvement ability and initiative. Therefore, we need to change the traditional empiricism and conservative thinking, break the old model, take the initiative to innovate, keep pace with The Times, actively introduce new things, accept new models and new methods, and make quality the biggest name card of Longguang."
Finally, the leaders of each business division and the heads of the production department made a solemn oath, saying that they would start from me, standardize the operation, strictly implement the three according to the two, take the initiative to implement the preventive improvement measures, and resolutely achieve the quality goal of 0 batch problems, 0 wrong mixing, and 0 market complaints.
