Zhangjiali, senior engineer of the third engineering department of Longguang Electronics Group, has been serving in Longguang for 10 years since he joined in April 2009. During his work, he has been conscientious and selfless dedication. During the development process of Longguang Electronics Group, he has participated in and led the technical innovation of the third engineering department for many times, and has made remarkable achievements.

Before 2012, the packaging of Longguang Division 3 was often out of shape, which often led to customer complaints due to quality problems. In order to solve this problem, Zhangjiali led the development of the product packaging optimization program, EPE before the optimization of 30MM/50MM thick optimization to 15MM thick, specifications from before the optimization of dozens of unified for the optimal 5 kinds. After structural adjustment and normalization, the purchase amount of single material increases, prompting suppliers to reduce the material price, and the purchase cost of single EPE can be saved by more than 50%. At the same time, due to the reduction of EPE size, the outer dimension length/width/height of the carton is at least 30MM/30MM/30MM smaller than before optimization, and the procurement cost is also reduced accordingly. On the other hand, this optimization scheme indirectly reduces the occupation of the site after the warehousing of packaging materials and finished cabinets, saves warehouse resources, and saves the cumulative cost of Longgang more than RMB 2 million.

Longguang Third Division was founded in 2008, and Zhang was one of the earliest core members. He is familiar with every corner of the workshop and every link of production, so that he is at the forefront of all departments when they encounter difficulties in production. In 2018, Longguang three fitter machining encountered a bottleneck, production capacity has always been unable to meet customer demand. In order to break through the production bottleneck, Zhangjiali carefully studied the production process, put forward that the aluminum products material order is put into production, express release of the production capacity of the fitter machining process, so that the fitter machining production has achieved a qualitative leap.

Zhangjiali is full of love for work. In his eyes, work is not only a way to make a living, but also a responsibility and a love. Longguang work in ten years, he is always not afraid of hardships, the courage to challenge, with youth and dedication cast the growth of Longguang.

In order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of production, Longguang Electronics Group has been continuously promoting production automation in recent years. In 2018, Zhangjiali was mainly responsible for the automation construction of the third division of Longguang. In order to complete the task, Zhang Jiali leading PE team members during the day in the workshop inspection, research the production process, work overtime at night, the meeting for sheet metal, assembly departments such as the introduction of the automatic stamping manipulator, automatic assembly line and other automation equipment, and ongoing process improvement, make the assembly, sheet metal, powder and other departments to enhance the production efficiency, personal cost savings for the company 623000 yuan in 2018.

Only by learning constantly can we maximize our self-worth. As a senior engineer, Zhang Jiali has accumulated rich experience with years of solid work. But he is not satisfied with it. Instead, he constantly enriches himself in his spare time. In August 2014, Zhangjiali applied for the Business Administration Major of the Open University of China and graduated successfully. In September 2018, he applied for the Business Administration Adult College Entrance Examination of South China University of Technology. In January 2019, he was successfully admitted.
